Get Started

Your first step is to book your initial consult with us. During your initial consult we will get to know you, find out about your health concerns and your health goals. For most people this initial consult will take about 30 mins (cost $99). If your health issues are complicated, or you have booked an online consult, we recommend you book a 45 min consult (cost $160).

I need a DNA Test

If you don’t have a genetic test, we just need to get one ordered for you.

Taking your DNA sample is quick and easy. All it takes is a simple swab on the inside of your cheek. We can take a swab at any age, from birth onwards. Your DNA test will cost $299*

If you have booked an online consult we will arrange for your DNA kit to be delivered directly to you and you will take your sample at home and post it back.

Once we have your DNA you can take advantage of all our Health Report Packages and Programs. Your practitioner will advise you which reports or programs will best support you and help you achieve your health goals, if you’re not sure where to start.

I’ve already had a DNA Test

We can use your 23andme or Ancestry DNA data.

Many people order their 23andme or Ancestry profile because they are interested about their heritage. What many people don’t know is that both of these companies test approximately 700,000 genes. We can take this genetic data and use it. We will charge you a one-off fee of $45 to upload your raw data file.

Please note we can only use 23andme and Ancestry DNA.

Downloading your DNA Raw Data File

You can download your “Raw Data File” directly from 23andme and Ancestry. You just need to login and they will have instructions on how to do this. Once you have downloaded it just email it to us at [email protected]. Or if you prefer, bring your login details with you to your initial consult and we will help you download it.
