We start by screening your DNA to see if you have any of these food intolerances

We then tailor your diet and nutritional cloud-based platform, so all your recipes and meal plans exclude the foods you are intolerant to.
Removing the food you’re intolerant to can have significant impact on your weight and wellbeing.
Support your Gut Microbiome
Research has shown that altered gut microbiome (the bugs that live in your gut) is a risk factor for obesity and balancing your gut microbiome should be a key component in any weight loss program. Species such as bifidobacteria are especially important. However, not everyone can support this critical species. Non-secretors can’t colonise bifidobacterial without very specific interventions, and just taking a probiotic for them is useless.
