Dr Sohrabi’s research is focused on cognitive ageing, diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as preventive interventions to halt pathological cognitive decline.
Associate Professor Hamid Sohrabi began his career as a Clinical Psychologist in 1995.
He is a Director of Smart Minds WA who provide cognitive assessments at iDNA Health for patients with genetic risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease, and for those individuals wanting to be proactive in supporting their cognitive health by getting a baseline cognitive assessment (recommend to be done when you reach the age of 40).
